What if the package is damaged?

Don't worry, I'm an expert in packing and securing very fragile items. For large orders, especially to the USA, we organize pallet shipments in special wooden boxes.
Oversize and very fragile shipments in Europe are sent by a special driver who will bring the item to your door - it's not a courier.

Beautiful item, I am really glad I ordered it. Delivery was ok, I had to collect it from a UPS collection point for some reason. I did pay £61.58 in excise duty and import tax, which I did expect to pay. It was well worth it as the piece is beautiful.
