What if the package is damaged?
Please inform me no later than 48 hours after receiving the parcel, send some photos and I will try to send you a new item. If the item is no longer available you will receive a refund.

If you don't pick up the package on time and it returns to me, you will receive a refund for the item but I will deduct the cost of returning the package. It is important to provide a telephone number to make it easier for the courier to deliver the package.

Don't worry, I'm an expert in packing and securing very fragile items. For large orders, especially to the USA, we organize pallet shipments in special wooden boxes.
Oversize and very fragile shipments in Europe are sent by a special driver who will bring the item to your door - it's not a courier.

This Green Patina Rustical Cast Iron Wall Fountain with Brass Faucet Tap, and Cast-Iron Wall Sink is beautifully crafted. Item left DekorStyle after second label was created, after leaving Poland was delayed in transit a week in Germany, but arrived in excellent condition, (actually a very impressive delivery).
