Don't worry, I'm an expert in packing and securing very fragile items. For large orders, especially to the USA, we organize pallet shipments in special wooden boxes.
Oversize and very fragile shipments in Europe are sent by a special driver who will bring the item to your door - it's not a courier.

The advertisement was deceptive. It said that local taxes were included. When UPS told us that they could not deliver the package until taxes were paid, we contacted the seller. At first, he said that he would pay the taxes, but after several days he told us somewhat rudely that if we wanted the item we would have to pay the taxes, and that he had already helped us by including the post in the price. We were not looking for help, it was a deal that promised to cover both the postage and the local taxes. Etsy should be more careful with this kind of situation.
