What if the package is damaged?

If you don't pick up the package on time and it returns to me, you will receive a refund for the item but I will deduct the cost of returning the package. It is important to provide a telephone number to make it easier for the courier to deliver the package.

I am afraid that the package will be damaged by the courier company, do I have to worry?
Don't worry, I'm an expert in packing and securing very fragile items. For large orders, especially to the USA, we organize pallet shipments in special wooden boxes.
Oversize and very fragile shipments in Europe are sent by a special driver who will bring the item to your door - it's not a courier.

The statue was packaged rather bizarrely, but well secured altogether - no way it was getting damaged in shipping which makes the rather obvious blemishes on the final paint / finish rather irksome as the seller sent it knowing about them. Would not purchase from this seller again owing to QC. The piece is actually two drop cast halves screwed together and the base is very uneven then,so owing to the weight, I cannot trust placing it anywhere it might fall, like its intended place on a bookshelf, as it weighs a tad over eight pounds and would damage my flooring.
