I live in United Kingom - does there have to be any tax or duty?
The UK levies VAT and import duties on anything ordered from outside the UK. These costs are not included in the price listed on Etsy. We are not responsible for customs and duties.
What if the package is damaged?
Please inform me no later than 48 hours after receiving the parcel, send some photos and I will try to send you a new item. If the item is no longer available you will receive a refund.
What if I don't receive the parcel?
If you don't pick up the package on time and it returns to me, you will receive a refund for the item but I will deduct the cost of returning the package. It is important to provide a telephone number to make it easier for the courier to deliver the package.
I don't like the item, I don't like it, can I return it?

Don't worry, I'm an expert in packing and securing very fragile items. For large orders, especially to the USA, we organize pallet shipments in special wooden boxes.
Oversize and very fragile shipments in Europe are sent by a special driver who will bring the item to your door - it's not a courier.

Acheté pour offrir : je suis enchantée par la qualité de l'article. Seul bémol : la livraison avec UPS (changement de date au dernier moment + le livreur n'essaye même pas de livrer chez le client mais dépose directement l'article en point de collecte... je me suis plainte au service client !)

Fabulous item...just what I was looking for. It came VERY well packaged - it would have had to have been severe treatment to become damaged. I MUST make mention of the speed-of-light delivery! Many thanks to this efficient seller!

The first item I received had very small blemishes, the vendor replaced the item with a new one that is in immaculate condition. The item is better than I even expected it to be.
