I live in United Kingom - does there have to be any tax or duty?
The UK levies VAT and import duties on anything ordered from outside the UK. These costs are not included in the price listed on Etsy. We are not responsible for customs and duties.
What if the package is damaged?
Please inform me no later than 48 hours after receiving the parcel, send some photos and I will try to send you a new item. If the item is no longer available you will receive a refund.
What if I don't receive the parcel?
If you don't pick up the package on time and it returns to me, you will receive a refund for the item but I will deduct the cost of returning the package. It is important to provide a telephone number to make it easier for the courier to deliver the package.

Don't worry, I'm an expert in packing and securing very fragile items. For large orders, especially to the USA, we organize pallet shipments in special wooden boxes.
Oversize and very fragile shipments in Europe are sent by a special driver who will bring the item to your door - it's not a courier.

This sword is a new cheap reproduction, not an antique or vintage. It is of the lowest quality and is increadibly over price. It looks nothing like the advertised pictures. The blade is made from cheap junk steal and molded, not forged. The engraving is an overlapping acid etch and completely unreadable. The grip and handgaurd are sloppily constructed of plastic. The sord wouldn't slide into the scabard without an extreme amount of force. I would ask for a refund if I could return it free without paying shipping back to Poland. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS RETAILER!
