I live in United Kingom - does there have to be any tax or duty?
The UK levies VAT and import duties on anything ordered from outside the UK. These costs are not included in the price listed on Etsy. We are not responsible for customs and duties.
What if the package is damaged?
Please inform me no later than 48 hours after receiving the parcel, send some photos and I will try to send you a new item. If the item is no longer available you will receive a refund.
What if I don't receive the parcel?
If you don't pick up the package on time and it returns to me, you will receive a refund for the item but I will deduct the cost of returning the package. It is important to provide a telephone number to make it easier for the courier to deliver the package.
I don't like the item, I don't like it, can I return it?
Of course you are entitled to a return, remember that you must return the item in the condition you received it. The cost of returning the item is on your side. You pay for the return.

Don't worry, I'm an expert in packing and securing very fragile items. For large orders, especially to the USA, we organize pallet shipments in special wooden boxes.
Oversize and very fragile shipments in Europe are sent by a special driver who will bring the item to your door - it's not a courier.

I really like the chair, and it was undamaged. However, the packaging was not secure for international or even local shipping. The items weren't wrapped, but immersed in loose torn paper and cardboard pieces. The box was two boxes combined to make a bigger one, plus additional pieces for coverage. Package came dented, and had a good sized opening where the boxes didn't meet, covered by a lot of packing tape. There were four items, one large, two medium, and one heavy item in four pieces. (It was well wrapped so that it would not dent other items.) The chair came in three pieces with no hardware, for which I took off a star. I can buy it myself, but it won't match the color. Bubble wrap for more security would be much better.
