What if the package is damaged?

Don't worry, I'm an expert in packing and securing very fragile items. For large orders, especially to the USA, we organize pallet shipments in special wooden boxes.
Oversize and very fragile shipments in Europe are sent by a special driver who will bring the item to your door - it's not a courier.

We live in New Zealand and I was super impressed with the shipping process, we were kept informed the whole time. The fountain is as described and of good quality, virtually the same as the picture advertised. If anything it was slightly smaller than we thought so take a good note of the measurements and be aware you will have to purchase a pump separately.....overall we are very happy with our purchase and we will definitely be purchasing from this seller again.
