What if the package is damaged?

Don't worry, I'm an expert in packing and securing very fragile items. For large orders, especially to the USA, we organize pallet shipments in special wooden boxes.
Oversize and very fragile shipments in Europe are sent by a special driver who will bring the item to your door - it's not a courier.

Great service, but the clock (which arrived not working well) is a Korean imitation ("knock-off") of an older finer quality antique of similar type (Junghans). The valuation/listing price was inappropriate.
