What if the package is damaged?

Don't worry, I'm an expert in packing and securing very fragile items. For large orders, especially to the USA, we organize pallet shipments in special wooden boxes.
Oversize and very fragile shipments in Europe are sent by a special driver who will bring the item to your door - it's not a courier.

Excellent customer service and excellent speed! The item looks as pictured, maybe a bit more silver than the picture. The item is very light and I'm concerned it might be a bit flimsy, but it is pretty and I think the recipient will be happy with that.
