What if the package is damaged?
Please inform me no later than 48 hours after receiving the parcel, send some photos and I will try to send you a new item. If the item is no longer available you will receive a refund.

Don't worry, I'm an expert in packing and securing very fragile items. For large orders, especially to the USA, we organize pallet shipments in special wooden boxes.
Oversize and very fragile shipments in Europe are sent by a special driver who will bring the item to your door - it's not a courier.

It's beautiful I just opened it up the vegetable bowl I believe it is or something you would put on a table or in the living room I'd like to have an altercation papers you know at least a picture of it you know what area it's from pretty much if you can mail that to me it would be gratefully appreciated and a picture of the item which is a green bowl
