I live in United Kingom - does there have to be any tax or duty?

What if the package is damaged?
Please inform me no later than 48 hours after receiving the parcel, send some photos and I will try to send you a new item. If the item is no longer available you will receive a refund.

If you don't pick up the package on time and it returns to me, you will receive a refund for the item but I will deduct the cost of returning the package. It is important to provide a telephone number to make it easier for the courier to deliver the package.

Don't worry, I'm an expert in packing and securing very fragile items. For large orders, especially to the USA, we organize pallet shipments in special wooden boxes.
Oversize and very fragile shipments in Europe are sent by a special driver who will bring the item to your door - it's not a courier.

I'll start off with the item quality, which was astounding. The scabbard feels as solid as it should, and so does the blade of the saber. The ornate patterns and carving are masterfully done, and it feels almost authentic! Especially the Eagle sculpt on the guard. The leatherwork is very well done as well, and makes the handle feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this store. However, I would like to say, to those not used to replicas, you should take heed to one thing; this saber, as many quality reproductions comes with a thick layer of oil to preserve it. The shipping was a little problematic, though no doing of the seller. It was UPS who made it such. Customer service was excellent with fast responses and support in the ways that was needed! This seller is a proffessional, so I again, highly recommend!
