What if the package is damaged?
Please inform me no later than 48 hours after receiving the parcel, send some photos and I will try to send you a new item. If the item is no longer available you will receive a refund.

If you don't pick up the package on time and it returns to me, you will receive a refund for the item but I will deduct the cost of returning the package. It is important to provide a telephone number to make it easier for the courier to deliver the package.
I don't like the item, I don't like it, can I return it?
Of course you are entitled to a return, remember that you must return the item in the condition you received it. The cost of returning the item is on your side. You pay for the return.
I am not sure about the purchase, can I ask for more photos and videos?

I am afraid that the package will be damaged by the courier company, do I have to worry?
Don't worry, I'm an expert in packing and securing very fragile items. For large orders, especially to the USA, we organize pallet shipments in special wooden boxes.
Oversize and very fragile shipments in Europe are sent by a special driver who will bring the item to your door - it's not a courier.
